Nothing so so interest. But while I was trying the butterfly chain stitch for TAST week 22, i need a printed design. For that i selected one of silk cotton zari border Saree.
It is pretty methi colour.
(but some what dull in this photo because of my poor photography).
The pallu consists of round design with zari work. I tried out a full round design with butterfly chain stitch

i had done another round with a variation of this stitch.
During this week end I suddenly decided to complete all the round designs with the same stitch and the finished designs are like this.
Doesn't it looks nice now with this simple embroidery?
