Simple embroidary at saree pallu.

This is the simple embroidary i had done on a saree pallu.
I got the design from net while surfing.
The speciality in this design is that it starts with one point and end at other without any break.just like one line drawing . So i had stitched it with an out line stitch. Like wise 4 motifs will come in full pallu.
Let me upload  it after finishing the 4 motifs.

Italian knotted border stitch

This is the trial of TAST week 16, Italian knotted border stitch.

Kolam in front of kansas temple.

It is a common view in all of the Hindu Temples at India having decorated with Rangoli. but i felt very excited when I enter into the Kansas Temple(At USA).

At the carparking upto the enterence of the temple, colour kolams have been done. I felt very happy and clicked it with my camara.

Peacockfeather

I like Peacock feather verymuch. For using flower decoration I used add some peacock feather to give a elegant look. Even in my thambula thattu and pot decorations, i used the feather as decorative item. Here I triedout a peacock feather design  in embroidary to make a wall hanger. I stitched chain stiched in coppersulphate blue and whipped it with Blue.

Robin

This is the robin I embroidared.
It is stright stitch only and found easy todo.

Buttonhole herringbone
