decarative paperholder

My friends sons nichayathartham(engagement) was held recently. The message written paper is inser in this decorative holder and read in presence of the gather. After the function is over this can be convert into a wall hanging placing some photo in the centre. This is my imagination.

    No. not felt but velvet cloth.
    I used zri on outer surface. Inside i put sponge so that the yellow spreaded paper(lagna pathirika) can be pined in the centre of this hanger and fecilitate to hold the top portion and read the contents.
